Caring, compassionate and meticulously professional are just a few words to describe Jane; and yet there is so much more. She has a fun side that brings a smile to the darkest of moments and you couldn’t wish to have anyone better by your side. With any concerns and questions, I’ve always felt that no question was too trivial and her advice was straightforward, honest and sincere. She engages with you in a way that is welcoming and friendly and always approachable.
Jane has lived , really lived. And those life experiences have shaped her into the person she is today . Strong, courageous, kind, loving and giving. Many people have trusted her with their hearts and she has cared for them making them stronger than before. When you meet her she puts you at ease and you leave feeling you've known her all your life and you have a new best friend.
I have known Jane for 13 years since first meeting her during my Cardiac Rehabilitation program. Jane has always been and continues to be thoroughly professional, thoughtful and supportive to me and has always had a smile on her face even during troubled times. I am sure that Jane will give her new role as a Celebrant the same professionalism, care and understanding that she showed in the past and I wish her all the very best. I will always be indebted to Jane for her support in helping me on my road to recovery.
We attended our cousin's funeral and the service was given by Jane. She spoke clearly and it was obvious she understood his life and close relationship with his daughters and family.
Jane gave our family and friends a chance to say ‘goodbye’ to my Dad and learn a little more about his life in the process. As a very private person, I think Dad would have been pleased with this fitting service. Jane was easy to contact and connect with, and very quickly got back to us with updates on the service. Very professional and efficient, highly recommended.
We cannot thank Jane enough for the beautiful service she delivered for our Dad. From the moment we met her, she was kind, compassionate, and genuinely interested in getting to know who he was. She took the time to listen to our memories and stories, and from those she created a truly personal and heartfelt eulogy. Jane spoke with such warmth and sincerity that it felt as though she had known our Dad herself. She captured his personality perfectly and gave him the send-off he truly deserved. Although it was an emotional day, her caring nature and calm presence brought comfort to our whole family. Jane was amazing! From the first meeting at my best friend's daughter's house to the actual day of the funeral service. Jane was so empathetic, understanding and kind when asking us questions to help her compose the words of the celebration of my best friend's life. Jane was the Celebrant at our wedding last weekend and she did the most amazing job.She was so organised and came with so many great ideas for our service. It was clear that she really cared and had put time into thinking about what would fit us as a couple.The service was spot on; a perfect mixture of emotional, funny and sweet. Jane made everything so personal to us and even introduced us to different traditions like hand tying which worked perfectly in the ceremony. She managed to weave together our stories, future plans, ceremony readings and vows in a way that was seamless.We can't recommend Jane enough!!!
Jane officiated at our daughter and husband's wedding blessing last weekend in intense heat! Throughout the whole process, leading up to and during the blessing, Jane focussed on Caitlin and Bob, to keep them at the centre of the occasion, taking much time and care to find out about their connection, hopes and dreams. She did this patiently, thoroughly, with humour and brought calmness to the occasion, not easy in the heat. Jane also rehearsed with the other participants of the blessing so that we all felt comfortable on the day. Jane was a very important part of the wedding celebration, adding to the immense joy of the day. We would completely recommend having Jane's involvement with any imprtant occasion. Many thanks Jane.
I have never attended a funeral that was so true to a person. Everything that was said was a true reflection of my Dad. I can not thank you enough.
